Three-year partners agree a calendar of activities with us. The scope is defined together; it is not unlimited. Examples:

We agree dates, cohorts and a running order with the school, usually one day for each transition stage. The programme team designs the sessions, curates speakers, coordinates universities and partners, and provides the Passport and student resources. The school provides the venue, a coordinator, communication with students and parents, and safeguarding oversight.
The school decides dates, daily timings and which cohorts attend which day. Core programme hours are approximately 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, but everything is subject to your timetable, calendar and operational requirements. Nothing beyond the core day is scheduled without the school’s agreement.
The programme team curates and briefs every university, speaker and partner, and the school approves on-campus activity. Students learn the programme’s evaluation framework before they meet universities. Speaking slots are limited and curated, and a booth does not come with a stage session.
Each activation has a defined purpose, location and format agreed in advance and approved by the school. Partners are there to support a student experience, such as a Future Skills Lab or a Student Recharge zone. They get no unrestricted access to students, and branding must not overpower the educational content.
Universities, speakers and partners receive no student data by default. Any data collection, for example a student choosing to request information from a university, must be transparent, consent-based where required, purpose-specific, and compliant with applicable law and the school’s policy. This website does not collect student personal data.
Parents may attend their child’s primary day and may be invited to other sessions, depending on school policy. The school controls parent invitations. Parent sessions focus on courses, cost, scholarships, and India versus international options.
