Students beginning career and higher-education exploration
Build awareness of disciplines, careers, courses and learning environments before students narrow their options.

Universities have different recruitment objectives. Some want to build awareness at EXPLORE. Others want to meet students at COMPARE or DECIDE. If you specifically need the period after board examinations, that is an optional timeline within DECIDE.

Not every university needs to engage with every student cohort. Tell us which students you want to reach.
Build awareness of disciplines, careers, courses and learning environments before students narrow their options.
Typical cohorts: Grade 10 → 11
Help students explore career pathways, compare courses and understand what different universities and programmes offer.
Typical cohorts: Grade 11 → 12
Support students as they move from school to higher education, including course selection, university comparison, applications, scholarships and next-step planning.
Typical cohorts: Class 12 → University
This is not a traditional education fair. Before the discovery windows, students learn the programme's evaluation framework, and the Passport prompts them to ask specific questions. That makes for fewer brochure grabs and better conversations.
Don’t just collect brochures. Collect decisions.
Meet students in the University Discovery area after they have learned how to evaluate options.
An optional pathway to meet eligible post-board Class 12 students and their families.
Parent sessions and conversations about courses, costs and scholarships.
Help students understand what a course involves: curriculum, teaching, assessment and outcomes.
Application and admissions sessions or clinics, as information rather than a promise of offers.
Be part of the Passport prompts students complete, such as asking about internships or scholarships.
Engage at one specific school, 1–3 selected schools or a cluster.
International universities can join through curated virtual sessions.
Post-programme digital sessions where agreed with the school.
Optional / custom pathway
For universities that only want to interact with students who have already appeared for their Class 12 board examinations and are currently evaluating admissions.
There is no single sponsorship package. Each model is a starting point for a university engagement plan.
Stage: EXPLORE
Course and discipline awareness with students beginning career and higher-education exploration (Grade 10 → 11). Suited to universities building long-term recognition.
Stage: COMPARE
University Discovery, course exploration and Passport participation with students evaluating careers, courses and university pathways (Grade 11 → 12).
Stage: DECIDE
Course selection, university comparison, applications, scholarships and next-step planning with students making their post-Class 12 decisions (Class 12 → University). Post-board admissions is an optional timeline within this stage.
Stage: Any
A plan built around your objectives: selected schools, a school cluster, specific cohorts or virtual international sessions.
Combine these to fit your objectives. A booth and a speaking session are separate. Speaking slots are limited and curated.
No. Taking part in University Discovery (a booth or discovery-area presence) is separate from speaking. Speaking slots are limited and curated by topic, student stage and school requirements to protect the student experience.
No. Not every university needs to engage with every student cohort. You can focus on EXPLORE, COMPARE or DECIDE, or combine them.
Yes, through the Post-Board University & Admissions Connect. That is a timeline within DECIDE (Class 12 → University), not a fourth programme stage. It involves eligible post-board Class 12 students available at the participating school, subject to the school calendar, student participation and programme scheduling. We cannot promise that every Class 12 student at a school will be available after the board examinations.
Not by default. Any follow-up must be transparent and consent-based where required, purpose-specific, and compliant with applicable law and school policy.
The programme owns the evaluation framework, which covers course fit, curriculum, faculty, internships, cost, scholarships and more. Universities share their own perspective within it. This helps students ask better questions, and it helps universities have better conversations.
Participation is planned around your objectives, cohorts and number of schools, so we do not publish a standard price. Share your goals and we will build a university engagement plan.
Share your objective, cohorts, schools or cities, and timing. We will prepare a relevant engagement plan instead of sending a generic deck.
