What information is collected

The partnership discovery form collects adult professional contact details (full name, designation, organisation, work email, phone number, city and country, and optionally a website or profile link) and information about your enquiry: the kind of organisation you represent, your objectives, the student audience you want to reach, school or geographic preferences, timing, an optional budget indication and anything else you choose to tell us. Schools are asked for approximate cohort sizes, not student names. The contact form collects name, email, city, an optional phone number and your message. Optional fields are clearly marked. A hidden honeypot field is used against automated spam.

This website does not collect unnecessary student personal data. It does not ask for student names, student emails, student phone numbers, photographs or school student lists.

Why it is collected

Information is used only to evaluate your enquiry, identify the relevant programme pathway, contact you about it, and coordinate programme conversations with schools, universities, speakers and partners. Our team may categorise enquiries internally (for example, school, university or partner) to route them to the right person.

With the partnership form we also record the page you submitted from, the first page of your visit, campaign (UTM) parameters, the referring website, the submission time and a general device type (mobile, tablet or desktop). This helps us understand which pages are useful. It is not used to identify you across websites.

Enquiry consent and marketing consent are separate. We send programme and partnership updates only if you tick the optional marketing box, and you can opt out at any time.

Who can access it

Submitted information is delivered to the programme team's enquiry system and is available only to the programme operations team. It is not published on the website. It is not sold. It is not provided to sponsors or partners by default. Any later sharing with a school or partner follows the programme’s privacy requirements, the host school’s policy and applicable law.

Retention and security

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and administer participation. Transmission uses HTTPS. Access is limited to programme operations. Logs do not store passwords, tokens or full form contents.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies keep the site working. Optional analytics run only if you accept them. Analytics events do not include names, emails or phone numbers. See the Cookie Policy.

Your rights and contact

You can ask what information was submitted, request correction, or ask for deletion where applicable, by using the contact form. In-school activity involving students follows the host school’s safeguarding and data practices.
