Partner Guidelines
How universities, speakers and partners take part in a student-first programme: school approval, curated sessions and no student data by default.
Student value first
Every university, speaker and partner contribution is judged in this order: student value, parent value, school value, then university or partner value. A contribution that does not help students does not belong in the programme.
The programme owns the framework
Students learn the programme’s own framework for evaluating careers, courses and universities. Universities and partners contribute their perspective within it; they do not set it.
Booths and sessions are separate
University Discovery presence (such as a booth) does not include a speaking session. Speaking slots are limited and curated by topic, student stage and school requirements.
School approval and safeguarding
All on-campus activity needs the host school’s approval and follows its safeguarding policy. Activations have a defined purpose, format and location agreed in advance.
No student data by default
Partners receive no unrestricted access to students and no student or parent personal data by default. Any data collection must be transparent, consent-based where required, purpose-specific, and compliant with applicable law and school policy.
Honest claims
No guaranteed admission, scholarship, placement, salary or career outcome claims. Disclose relevant affiliations. Branding must not overpower educational content.
